CASPER
The Community Assessment for Public Health Emergency Response (CASPER) is a rapid needs assessment that collects information on the household level to inform public health officials and other stakeholders. This information can be used to identify information gaps, help allocate resources, and assess needs in the community. Hays County Health Department staff and volunteers from across the state conducted a CASPER in February of 2025.
