**District Court Jury Service for Pool 0001260301 originally scheduled for March 2, has been rescheduled for the following day, March 3, at the same location (Hays County Government Center 3^rd Floor) and same time (8:15am). This DOES NOT apply to jury pools 0001260302, nor 0002260301, those jury pools will proceed as originally scheduled. Your Jury pool number can be found on the front of your jury summons card. If you have completed your questionnaire, you have received a text message/email notification that your jury date has changed. If you have lost your jury summons or are unsure what jury pool you are in, please email: JuryClerk@hayscountytx.gov for assistance.**

The District Clerk’s Office, located in the Hays County Government Center, provides several services for the residents of Hays County. Comprised of an elected District Clerk and dedicated staff, the office is responsible for providing records of the District Courts’ proceedings, implementing District Court decisions, and administratively supporting the respective courts and judges.
