Jail Docket
The Hays County Courts at Law hold jail docket every Thursday at 1:30PM.
Inmates will be transported to the Government Center.
Attorneys with clients that are in custody should reach out to the District Attorney's Office in regard to any plea paperwork that would need to be executed prior to jail docket.
Defense attorneys who have clients that will require an interpreter for any court proceedings should notify the County Court at Law staff as soon as possible. Failure to notify court staff in a timely manner may result in the client's case being reset.
