Veterans Services Office

Introduction

The Hays County Veterans Services Office was established to provide U.S. military veterans and their dependents with access to benefits through local, state, federal and nonprofit programs. Our office is accredited through the Texas Veterans Commission, which allows us to assist with veterans’ benefits. We are not an entity of the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA); however, we work in collaboration with the Veteran’s Benefits Administration. Our office can help you determine which programs you may qualify for and assist with the application process for them. Appointments are encouraged. Please call or email to set up your appointment.

If you haven't already, please create an account at va.gov -- a vital tool for your VA benefits.
