What?

The Back-to-School Health Fair is a great opportunity for Hays County residents to get ready for the new school year with free preventive health screenings, vaccinations (for those who qualify), connections to local resources, and fun activities for all ages!

When?

August 2nd, 2025 from 9 AM- 2PM



What services will be provided:

• Free back to school vaccines (for those children who qualify under Texas Vaccines for Children)
• Free hotdogs and paletas
• Free vision and hearing screenings
• Free backpacks with school supplies (until supplies last)
• Free booster seats for children ages 4-10 years old, 40 lbs-110 lbs
• Free lunch bags with icepacks
• Free haircuts
• Free affirmation mirrors
• Games and actvities (Giant Jenga, Connect 4, cornhole)
• Other giveaways from various vendors!

The back to school fair will be at the Hays County Elections Office.
