The Hays County Sheriff’s Office Human Resources Department specializes in:

• Recruitment of qualified individuals and onboarding of new employees
• Ensure hiring practices adhere to labor laws, Texas Commission of Law Enforcement (TCOLE), and HCSO requirements.
• Responsible for managing employee-related functions
• Assist with compensation and benefits
• Support creating a company culture, promoting diversity and inclusion
