Winter's Mill Trail in Wimberley

The Winter's Mill Trail system is a jointly operated trail managed by the Hays County Parks Department and the City of Wimberley Parks Department. The trail paralells Winter's Mill Parkway before entering into Blue Hole Regional Park.

The Winter's Mill Trail can be accessed by parking at the following locations:

  • Improved Parking Lot at Blue Hole Regional Park - 333 Blue Hole Ln, Wimberley TX
  • First Baptist Church - 15951 Winters Mill Pkwy, Wimberley, TX 78676 (No parking allowed on Sunday mornings)
  • Winter's Mill Trailhead - 945 Ranch to Market Rd 3237, Wimberley, TX 78676

Hours

Winter's Mill Trail is open to the public daily from dawn to dusk.

Rules
  1. Take only photos, leave only footprints
  2. Park is open dawn to dusk
  3. Keep dogs on a leash and remove their waste
  4. Campfires, glass containers, motor vehicles, weapons, horses, and camping are not permitted
  5. Stay on established trails on public property
  6. Bicycles yield to hikers, refrain from biking on muddy trails
