Introduction
Kandice Boutté serves as the County Administrator for Hays County, where she oversees the daily operations of county government and ensures the effective implementation of policies set forth by the Commissioners Court. In this role, Ms. Boutté provides administrative leadership, coordinates across county departments and supports long-term strategic planning to promote efficient and transparent governance. Her work is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of public service while advancing the County’s mission to serve the residents of Hays County with accountability and professionalism.
Communications, Grants Coordination and Agenda Management are housed in the Administrator’s Office.
